TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. EVENT BOOKINGS
All booking confirmations must be inwriting.
No verbal or telephone confirmation will be considered.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
a) 50% deposit will be required to confirm the event with Picnic Café.
b) Final invoice will be issued after the event and will be due within 14 days.
3. CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations should be submitted in writing no less than 8 days prior to the event; otherwise, the below penalties will apply:
Up to 7 days prior to the event – no penalty applies.
From 6 to 3 to the day of the event – 50% penalty applies.
Late cancellation or no show will be subject to 100% penalty.
4. GENERAL RULES
a) Parking is available on location, however not included in the Picnic rates; no guarantee that parking will be available, and clients must comply with designated
parking rules.
b) No pets are allowed within buildings except guide dogs accompanying a person with a disability.
